A Prayer from a friend

This is a prayer (which I consider a gift) from a dear friend Joe Wolfe, who wrote “Letter from a Prisoner.”

Dear God: I Love You. You created me. I live in You and You in me. Only my own unconscious guilt & belief in this ego/false personality’s individual identity keeps me confused. Thank you for everything you give me. Grant me the power to live in your presence, to accept your unconditional Love as I learn to forgive. Allow me to remember that You are with me always, with every breath I take, in every movement, in all thoughts, actions and feelings. Remind me many times during the day until every second becomes another moment spent living in Your loving embrace and constant presence.

Allow me to be a servant of Your will, a vehicle of Divine Love and a channel of God’s will. Give me direction and Divine assistance as I surrender all personal will through devotion to You.

Allow me the help to dedicate my life to the service of God.
Grant me the ability to choose Love and Peace above all options while I commit to the goal of unconditional Love and Compassion for all life and all of its expressions as I surrender all judgment to You, God.

Make me aware that the world of my ego is a constant and tenacious tendency to react, to feel bad, guilty, mad, defeated, bored, scared, inferior, embarassed, annoyed, lonely or superior and condescending. It gives validiy to judgment regardless of the form and by reacting with judgment I feed and strengthen the ego’s world and reinforce the seeming reality of a separation from You.

Remind me constantly to view all others as my brothers, to realize that we are all one and to forgive them for they are one with me, joined in One Mind and also innocently caught in the false ego identity’s world of illusion.
Never let me forget that I am not this temporary body, but pure Spirit created in Your likeness, as I continue to live every moment in the knowledge that You are with me always where I am;
You God, the Alpha & Omega, the All & Everything,The Absolute.

Prayer for disaster

Dear God,
Thank you for the strength to endure hardships. Bless all those who are suffering and thank you for the opportunity to transcend dire consequences. Bless the earthly angels who give their service to others during grave flood-small.jpgcircumstances, and thank you for the opportunity to eliminate negative karma while creating positive karma under the severest of conditions.


Is there a perfect prayer or way to pray?

This is one of many questions and answers which will be answered in the 4th book of the Enlightenment Series which will be published sometime in the next year. The answers to many of the spiritual world’s most essential questions are being received as quickly as I can process them.

Yes, there is a perfect prayer. A perfect prayer is that which comes from the heart and asks for nothing except the Highest Good, surrendering all to God with complete acceptance. You need not grovel, but have a genuine regret for your indiscretions. When forgiveness is called for you must offer as well as accept it, unconditionally. Atoning for your actions, must also be offered absolutely. It is not necessary to ask God to bless someone or something, because God is a blessing. When you pray, you do so out of love, not stipulation. You may ask for guidance or a miracle. God hears, sees, and knows all.

God please forgive my errors and accept a prayer for the utmost benefit of all beings. I surrender everything to Thee, and ask for continuing guidance on the path. Help me to be an instrument of Thy will, and to remain eternally in alignment with Thee.

Prayer of St. Francis

Published on

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy;
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

St. Francis was born at Assisi in 1182. After a care free youth, he turned his back on inherited wealth and committed himself to God. Like many early saints, he lived a very simple life of poverty, and in so doing, gained a reputation of being the friend of animals. He established the rule of St Francis, which exists today as the Order of St. Francis, or the Franciscans. He died in 1226, aged 44.

The Serenity Prayer

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him forever in the next.

There are occasions when we cannot find the words we want to say in order to communicate with God. Here are some prayers for any occasion. God Bless You. Myswizard

Lord, help me to be a divine channel of Thy will.

God, I surrender my will to Thee, and ask for the miracle of Truth, to reveal the answer to which I am seeking.

I live in gratitude and thankfulness for all my blessings, and for being given the opportunity to represent Thy Highest Will in this lifetime. I know that all things in my life are for my Highest Good and I surrender all of it to Thee.

God…I live in the Highest Love of Thy Divine Presence, with thanks, trust, and devotion. I surrender to and accept Thee completely. I wish for my will to be in alignment with Thy Will. __ [regarding _?_, for myself (and for_?_.]

Dear Lord, I am confused and don’t know where to turn. I ask Thy Divine Guidance for the Highest Good.

Please help me to find solace in this time of grief, Dear Lord. I accept and surrender all this to Thee.

Dear Lord, Please help me (or_?_) to find the Way to go and whatever is necessary to get “there”.

Dear Lord, forgive my ignorance, and transgressions. I am deeply and wholeheartedly sorry for all my wrongdoings. I surrender myself to Thee and pledge my enduring devotion.

Dear Lord, please help me to forgive those who are naive and ignorant of Truth. Allow me to love them unconditionally for what they are being, and to act with wisdom in their presence.

Oh Lord, as Thy servant, I ask for a miracle.
