The readiness to initiate the journey cannot be forced nor can people be faulted if it has not occurred in them as yet. The level of consciousness has to have advanced to the stage where such an intention would be meaningful and attractive.

The Straight Path to God
In order to get on the straight path to God, you must by-pass the inexplicable such as psychics and the mysterious. Those things reveal themselves when conditions are appropriate.

Are there things you want to know, but have to trust unreliable sources? Do you want to know what is True from what is false? Do everyday decisions confuse you? Do you seek Divine Absolute Truth? There is a way to receive Truth as it comes from God. My latest book, “There Are No Secrets, The Highest Journey” explains completely how to test for Truth yourself with astounding results! See article on this page for what testing for truth can do!

There are no secrets to finding Truth. God is All loving, All forgiving, unconditional and immanent. Here is the way to God’s gift of Absolute Truth! book-2-smaller.jpg

Synchronicity led you here since there are no accidents. There is only the universe unfolding miraculously. You may stay a few seconds or minutes, or you may find being here has the capacity to change what you are and what you know, forever. The answers to many of the questions you have about God and enlightenment are here. There Are No Secrets that we cannot unlock when we honor The Power of God and Truth. Lots of money doesn’t have to be spent on books, courses, classes, retreats, and false teachers. I offer this path and the teachings to you.

This is the inner path to enlightenment. When you begin on this path, there is seldom turning back. This may lead to a lack of direction and confusion because of all the spiritual information available in the world today. The “path” doesn’t have to be agonizing or tedious. The greater part of my site is dedicated to the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins, Devotional Nonduality, and the journey toward enlightenment. I think of my site as a straight line, no nonsense approach to that state. To paraphrase my teacher, Dr. David R. Hawkins, “One can be changed just through exposure to the teachings.” At this time Dr. Hawkins is the highest calibrating (see MAP of Consciousness) teacher of enlightenment on the planet.

The front page articles on my site are the most relevant, timely, or the latest writing. I keep an updated cache of informative articles of interest from religion to science, as well as consciousness exercises and those looking for help or to help others. Although I have some information on the metaphysical, I do not advise becoming enamored of these subjects because of their inherent falsehoods. Discernment is necessary for knowledge of what is Truth, from that which is false. 90% of what is on the Internet is not Truth, as paraphrased by Dr. Hawkins.

I periodically expand on previously written articles because of new knowledge or information…or take an older article from the archives and put it up front. There may be as many as 10 or more articles up front, or only one. (See monthly archives for latest articles) There is usually an intro to the various topics with all the articles beneath, alphabetized and by most recent publication date. Outside information is researched from quality source references.

All personal writing under the topics, Everyday Book of the Grail, Food For Thought, Thought For Today, Aphorisms For the Soul, Absolute Truth, and Devotional Nonduality comes from “The Infinite Field” or “Higher Consciousness” and recontextualizations of books, ideas, and teachings related to enlightenment. These topics explain both the content and context of this site. I only publish articles or writings that calibrate (Absolute Truth intro) with Truth and Integrity (See my Mission Statement). I do not “channel” otherworldly entities. A very important part of my journey is to bring this information to my readers in as timely a manner as possible, as it is revealed.

Myswizard’s Journey of the Spirit is expanding everyday thanks to all of you. In less than 3 years years on the web (without advertising or promotion), there are over 100,000 repeat visitors.

Journey of the Spirit with Aphorisms for the Soul and The Everyday Book of the Grail, is my first collection of Truths and God’s wisdom. It contains Food For Thought, Everyday Book of The Grail, and more in one collection.

There Are No Secrets The Highest Journey has revelatory new testing techniques (Divine Protoplasmic Analysis) and tested Truths, which have the ability to change what you know forever! As in “Journey of the Spirit,” it has hundreds of inspirational and enlightening Everyday Book of the Grail, Food For Thought, Aphorisms, and Q & A.

Wisdom on the Path to God is the 3rd book of The Enlightenment Series with over 500 Truisms and Food For Thought in one book! Two more books in the series are in the works. One will explain how to tap into the Power of Divinity and God’s answers to the questions the spiritual world needs now! The last book of the Enlightenment Series will be a new course in enlightenment and miracles for today’s modern world. All 5 books will put the power of Divinity in your hands!!

All stores are for your potential enjoyment, since they are not an effort for personal profit. Have fun browsing my site and e mail me with questions you may have. Thanks for visiting and making this journey with me.

Humanity’s Team Purpose Statement

Published on December 4, 2005

Toward a Vision of Oneness

Dear Friends, Brothers and Sisters,

I’d like to extend a special hello to each of you as we enter this traditional holiday season around the world. I’m really pleased to be in touch with you! There are exciting things going on in Humanity’s Team!

At our Bard College Global Council meeting, we approved a Humanity’s Team Purpose Statement. We also asked that it perhaps be slightly adjusted. That slight adjustment has been made — we added two words — and we are now ready to release it to the world. I think you will enjoy it! Here it is:

The purpose of Humanity’s Team is to communicate and implement the belief that we are all one, one with God and one with Life, in a shared global state of being, so that the behavior of humanity may shift to reflect this understanding.

We can now share this very short and powerful Purpose Statement when people ask us why we formed Humanity’s Team.

Statement of Direction

The Global Council also recently voted overwhelmingly to approve a Statement of Direction for Humanity’s Team. This momentous, eight-page document talks very specifically about where “we are going” as a movement and how we are organizing to get there. It is written from a global perspective, but its principles apply equally to the movement everywhere. I’ll briefly describe the Statement in a moment. But before I do, I’d like you to imagine . . .

Imagine what it looks like when we see people all over the world, from over 90 countries and many different cultures, holding hands and rejoicing in the truth of our oneness and the unity of all Life. Imagine experiencing deeper and deeper awarenesses of this truth through a host of educational programs, campaigns and events, celebration programs, and more!

Imagine the message we will send to ourselves and to everyone around the world when we model oneness throughout our movement, through our coordinated action worldwide, when as a united movement, in oneness, we take action together.

Imagine how it will feel when we share that creating the space for the New Spirituality to emerge on the earth may be too big for me and too big for you, but that together, with coordination and cooperation, in oneness, there is no job too big!

This is the world we are creating, for ourselves and future generations. I hope it feels as inviting for you as it does for me!

Our Statement of Direction points to this vision. It states that we are an active, coordinated spiritual movement. It shares that we will create strong and effective collective action globally, with every country participating in oneness.

Following the guidance of the CwG material and other New Spirituality teachings, we see clearly that, wherever we are in the world, when we come together in oneness, we become part of something bigger than us all! When we come together in oneness, we have the power to produce results that are grander than we could produce alone or in a smaller group.

Oneness doesn’t mean that we don’t support local or countrywide initiatives. On the contrary, the Statement of Direction encourages “the full expression of individual, community and countrywide inspirations and passions — and community, national and cultural identities — so that the movement reflects the people whom it serves and always has meaning and relevance.”

It also says that, in unity and oneness, the whole movement agrees to give its full support to global initiatives.

Commitment in Unity and Oneness

The Global Council will, of course, approve — and collaborate on the development of — all major new global initiatives before we put them into action. Then, after the countries on the Global Council reach a consensus on implementing a global initiative, we will move into a phase of “commitment in unity and oneness.”

What if a Country Coordinator feels his or her country lacks the resources to carry out its role in a global initiative? Then we invite that coordinator to reach out to other countries and to Humanity’s Teammates worldwide for assistance. Our intent is to make this workable!

To that end, the Statement also lays out a clear accountability structure for coordinating and overseeing the activities and affairs of the movement. Our Council of Trustees issues end statements that guide and anchor Humanity’s Team. The Worldwide Coordinating Director, with the assistance of the Teams and Operations Coordinator, coordinates and oversees the operations of the movement, guided by the end statements. Geography Coordinators carry out this responsibility in each of the six multi-country geographic regions we’ve created, and Country Coordinators carry out this responsibility in their countries.

The most important initiatives and decisions of the movement are discussed and approved by a consensus of the Worldwide Outreach Team, composed of servant leaders from around the world. Major initiatives of global importance are discussed and approved by a consensus of the Global Council, composed of Country Coordinators and Worldwide Team members from all over the world.

Country Coordinators worldwide have been reviewing the Statement of Direction with their servant-leadership teams so that each country can be clear about the Statement’s significant and fine points. Before voting on the Statement, there was a great deal of question-and-answer dialogue within the Global Council. The question-and-answer dialogue developed into a 27-page document so that each country team could go through the Q&A’s to see with great clarity the road map we have created for Humanity’s Team as we move forward in the world.

If you are interested in seeing this material, please be in touch with your Country Coordinator. He or she will be very happy to share it with you. If your country has no coordinator at present, please reach out to your Geography Coordinator.

I referred a moment ago to the Humanity’s Team end statements, created by our Council of Trustees. These are important, so I include them here:

That Humanity’s Team is an active, coordinated spiritual movement with uniform and unifying programs worldwide (allowing for community and cultural differences).
That Humanity’s Team is always creating the space for the emergence of the New Spirituality.
That Humanity’s Team is open and transparent in its operations and finances.
That Humanity’s Team always operates with the knowingness that we are all one.
That Humanity’s Team uses the Five Steps to Peace as the anchor in all that we are being and doing.
That Humanity’s Team is a MOVEMENT (a Civil Rights Movement for the Soul).
It is clear to me that for the past two years, we have not developed as fully as our end statements call for, due to our not having a definite direction and a clear accountability structure.

The Global Council and I believe we have now taken firm control of our destiny. Humanity’s Team is encouraging those with a shared vision and resonance with our Statement of Direction to join with us. We feel many people will be excited and energized to see that we are boldly and courageously moving forward. Neale Donald Walsch, the creator of Humanity’s Team, has often said that the challenge in our world is that the civil are not organized and the organized are not civil. Now, that is changing. The civil are getting organized!

Of course, the Statement of Direction is not “The Answer.” As we know, ours is not a better way; ours is merely another way. If you or anyone else does not resonate with the Statement — and we can imagine that some people may not — we encourage you to speak your truth. We also invite you to create other forms of organization, complementary to Humanity’s Team, that you can honestly and deeply resonate with.

No matter what, we are all one!

Worldwide Team Planning Session

In other news, stewards on the Worldwide Team met near San Francisco, California, in the United States for a week in October to review and develop plans for our global initiatives. As part of that meeting, we brought in a leading consulting firm, the Adizes Institute, for the first couple of days to offer guidance on our organizational process and to offer resources, methods and tools to help us achieve sustainable exceptional performance.

After reviewing our progress, one of the key recommendations the Adizes people made was that we give authority to leadership all across the movement — from global through geographies and countries to provinces, states, counties, cities and towns. It said that because Humanity’s Team is early in the growth process — we are at the beginning of the infancy stage, Adizes said — leadership must be empowered if we are to grow into the full promise of our vision.

The Statement of Direction gives this authority to our leadership — authority that was reaffirmed by every steward on the team attending the planning session. We exited the session with a great deal of enthusiasm for our vision and plans. We’ll report more on our initiatives and plans in future Nexus communications.

Western European Planning Session

Almost immediately after the California meeting, many of us went to Normandy, France, for a Western European planning session.

Duysal Askun, Teams and Operations Coordinator; Lynn Launer, HT Special Projects Consultant and a member of the Council of Trustees; Stefano Russo, Country Coordinator for Italy and Worldwide Team member; George Lockett, Country Coordinator for Wales and Worldwide Team member; and I met with Philippe Pasqualini, Geography Coordinator for Western Europe, and many of the Country Coordinators from that region.

Those coordinators included our hosts, Jacque Schecroun and Nicole Aknin, Country Coordinator for France; Claudia Christine Pieper, Country Coordinator for Germany; Maria Ribeiro Ferreira, Country Coordinator for Portugal; Ejvind Jacobsen, Country Coordinator for Denmark; Philippe Demarche, Country Coordinator for Belgium; and David Kirby and ZoZo Endacott, Co-Country Coordinators for England.

We discussed global and regional campaigns, events and plans, and ended the meeting with a clear vision for the next steps in Western Europe. We were all very energized by our time together. If you’d like to read my post about this meeting, based on an e-mail that I sent to the Global Council, please click here.

That’s all for now. On behalf of all of all our servant leaders, I thank each of you around the world for your invaluable contributions and for the many forms of support that you bring to Humanity’s Team and to humanity. May God continue to express gloriously through you!

With all my love,

Steve Farrell

Worldwide Coordinating Director

What’s the Point?

Published on August 15, 2005

Excerpt from a NDW e mail I received…..

What’s the Point?

Living and dying has no purpose save the purpose you give it.

Life is purposeless; pointless.

So if you think you are involved in an experience that is pointless, you are right.

That is God’s greatest gift to us. You see, if God had given Life a point, Life would have no choice but to obey. Then the point of everybody’s life would have had to have been the same! So God, in infinite wisdom, imbued Life with no purpose whatever — in order that each and every one of us might imbue it with a purpose of our own… thus to define and create, announce and declare, express and experience Who We Really Are.

Thus, I suppose it could be said that the purpose of life is to create and experience Who You Really Are. Mind you, not to discover Who You Are, but to create it. You see, there is nothing to discover. In essence, you are nothing. Until you decide and create Who You Are.

I just said a mouthful there. I said, in essence, you are nothing. I mean that literally. I mean that the essence of you — that which you are — is nothing at all. That is, you are not any particular thing. You are no-thing! Did you know that? You are NO-thing! That’s how you start out… being no thing. And then you decide and declare, create and become, that which you say you Are.

This is God in the act of God-ing! This is what’s going on! Do you understand it? God is creating and experiencing Godself, through you.

So that, ultimately, is the “purpose of it all.” Or, more correctly, it is the purpose that’s going on. It is what’s taking place. I mean that literally, too. We are, quite literally, “what is taking place” in Time and Space. How we “take our place,” what we choose to be and do, is totally up to us. Depends on what we’d like God to be.

So, where does this cycle lead? You tell me. And I mean that literally, too! You tell me, every day with your life. Your life is your decision as to where this all leads.

You do not “find out” the purpose of life, you decide its purpose.

Life is not a Process of Discovery. It is a Process of Creation. We keep waiting for God to tell us, show us — and God keeps waiting for us to tell HIM, show HER. You see? We’re waiting for the One Who Waits for Us.

Stop waiting. And stop asking. Start declaring. Life is not a question. Life is a declaration. ~ NDW

Mars E Mail

Published on June 3, 2005

It seems the e mail I received about Mars coming close cannot be confirmed. A knowledgable friend of mine said the sighting happened last fall. I did a little research, however and came up with this from NASA….

NASA’s Phoenix Mars Mission Gets Thumbs Up for 2007 Launch June 02, 2005……. NASA has given the green light to a project to put a long-armed lander onto the icy ground of the far-northern martian plains. NASA’s Phoenix lander is designed to examine the site for potential habitats for water ice and to look for possible indicators of life, past or present. Today’s announcement allows the Phoenix mission to proceed with preparing the spacecraft for launch in August 2007. This major milestone followed a critical review of the project’s planning progress and preliminary design since its selection in 2003. Phoenix is the first project in NASA’s Mars Scout Program of competitively selected missions. Scouts are innovative and relatively low-cost complements to the core missions of the agency’s Mars exploration program. "The Phoenix Mission explores new territory in the northern plains of Mars analogous to the permafrost regions on Earth," said the project’s principal investigator, Dr. Peter Smith of the University of Arizona, Tucson. "NASA’s confirmation supports this project and may eventually lead to discoveries relating to life on our neighboring planet." Phoenix is a stationary lander. It has a robotic arm to dig down to the martian ice layer and deliver samples to sophisticated analytical instruments on the lander’s deck. It is specifically designed to measure volatiles, such as water and organic molecules, in the northern polar region of Mars. In 2002, NASA’s Mars Odyssey orbiter found evidence of ice-rich soil very near the surface in the arctic regions. Like its namesake, Phoenix rises from ashes, carrying the legacies of two earlier attempts to explore Mars. The 2001 Mars Surveyor lander, administratively mothballed in 2000, is being resurrected for Phoenix. Many of the scientific instruments for Phoenix were built or designed for that mission or the unsuccessful Mars Polar Lander in 1999. "The Phoenix team’s quick response to the Odyssey discoveries and the cost-saving adaptation of earlier missions’ technology are just the kind of flexibility the Mars Scout Program seeks to elicit," said NASA’s Mars Exploration Program Director, Doug McCuistion. "Phoenix revives pieces of past missions in order to take NASA’s Mars exploration into an exciting future," said NASA’s Director, Solar System Division, Science Mission Directorate, Dr. Andrew Dantzler. The cost of the Phoenix mission is $386 million, which includes the cost of launch. The partnership developing the Phoenix mission includes the University of Arizona; NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif.; Lockheed Martin Space Systems, Denver; and the Canadian Space Agency, which is providing weather-monitoring instruments. "The confirmation review is an important step for all major NASA missions," said JPL’s Barry Goldstein, project manager for Phoenix. "This approval essentially confirms NASA’s confidence that the spacecraft and science instruments will be successfully built and launched, and that once the lander is on Mars, the science objectives can be successfully achieved." Much work lies ahead. Team members will assemble and test every subsystem on the spacecraft and science payload to show they comply with design requirements. Other tasks include selecting a landing site, which should be aided by data provided by the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter launching in August, and preparing to operate the spacecraft after launch. JPL, a division of the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, manages Phoenix for NASA’s Science Mission Directorate. A Mouse Story

Published on May 16, 2005

A Mouse looked through the crack in the wall to see the farmer and his wife opening a package. “What food might this contain?” He was devastated to discover it was a mouse trap. Retreating to the farmyard, the mouse proclaimed the warning. “There is a mouse trap in the house!; there is a mouse trap in the house!” The chicken clucked and scratched, raised her head and said “Mr. Mouse, I can tell this is a grave concern to you, but it is of no consequence to me. I cannot be bothered by it.” The mouse turned to the pig and told him, “There is a mouse trap in the house.” The pig sympathized but said, “I am so very sorry Mr. Mouse, But there is nothing I can do about it but pray. Be assured that you are in my prayers.” The mouse turned to the cow. She said, “Wow, Mr. Mouse. I’m sorry for you. But it’s no skin off my nose.” So the mouse returned to the house, head down and dejected, to face the farmer’s set trap alone. That very night a sound was heard throughout the house like the sound of a mouse trap catching its prey. The farmer’s wife rushed to see what was caught. In the darkness she did not see that it was a venomous snake whose tail the trap had caught. The snake bit the farmer’s wife. The farmer rushed her to the hospital and she returned home with a fever. Now everyone knows you treat a fever with fresh chicken soup, so the farmer took his hatchet to the farmyard for the soup’s main ingredient. But his wife’s sickness continued, so friends and neighbors came to sit with her around the clock. To feed them, the farmer butchered the pig. The farmer’s wife did not get well. She died; And so many people came for her funeral the farmer had the cow slaughtered to provide enough meat for all of them. So next time you hear that someone is facing a problem and think that it doesn’t concern you, think again. We are all involved in this journey called life and our lives are connected. We must keep an eye out for one another and be willing to make that extra effort to encourage one another.
